A few ground rules.
Basic terms for using Boothmilo during the guided pilot.
Updated 15 September 2026
What the service does
Boothmilo helps record voluntary booth registrations, organise visitor details and prepare exports and manual follow-up. It does not identify everyone who passes a booth, independently verify phone ownership, or guarantee leads, revenue or conversions. Internet access is required.
Who may use it
Visitors can use a valid public booth link without an account. Business access requires verified email sign-in and manual approval. An approved owner manages their business, booths and staff. Invited staff receive access only to assigned booths. A successful sign-in alone does not grant business or platform administrator privileges. Owners must promptly revoke access when a staff member leaves.
Use the service only if you are an adult and are authorised to provide the relevant details. If you assist another adult, obtain their permission and let them make their own follow-up choice.
Responsible use
Provide accurate information and represent only businesses you are authorised to represent. Do not upload unrelated personal data, scrape visitor lists, probe another business’s records, share administrative credentials, submit spam or try to bypass access controls and rate limits.
Registration is not permission for marketing. Exhibitors must respect the recorded contact choice, applicable communications rules and later withdrawals. Exports must be protected and used only for the stated purpose. Do not resell the lists or combine them into unrelated marketing databases.
Your information
You retain your rights in the information you provide. You permit the processing necessary to deliver the service described in the privacy notice. Exhibitors remain responsible for their notices, lawful collection and follow-up, and the security and deletion of any exported copies. No ownership of a visitor’s personal information is transferred by an export.
Pilot availability and charges
The product is being tested and features may change. Access can be limited or suspended to address abuse, security issues or maintenance. Please keep a practical backup process at the booth if connectivity is unavailable.
There is no online checkout or automatic subscription in Boothmilo. Any paid pilot requires a separate written agreement covering the price, event scope, taxes, cancellation and refund terms before payment. No price is agreed merely by visiting this page.
Requests and disputes
For a visitor record or contact preference, use the exhibitor email on its visitor form. For an agreed pilot service, contact the person who arranged it with you, or email tnc@boothmilo.com. Governing-law details must be completed before commercial onboarding. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow parties to exclude.
Changes
We may revise these pilot terms as the service develops. Material changes to an agreed paid service need to follow that agreement. Updated terms do not automatically authorise new uses of personal data.
